The mechanical features of the Livestrong S-Series exercise bike include a 40-lb chrome-plated flywheel, a Kevlar multi-ribbon belt system, and rapid-stop cantilevered brake resistance. The large bottom bracket has four SKF hub bearings and the flywheel has six hub bearings for extra durability. The 4-way handlebars have seven hand positions plus fore and aft sliding adjustability to simulate all riding positions.

The unisex sports saddle has anatomical cutouts plus fore/aft adjustments to find your perfect comfort, and the dual-sided SPD-compatible pedals can be used with pro cycling shoes with a cleat system as well as regular athletic shoes.
