Alongside that, its speed range covers 0.4 – 20 km/h (0.2 – 12.4 mph).

Its wide selection of programmes include: Quick Start, Goals (Time; Distance; Calories), CPR, Profiles (6 preset, 9 customisable), Custom Speed, Training Zone and Weight Loss. There is also a Fitness test and IPPT Military Test.
