Technogym Multi Hip

Multi-functional equipment for performing a wide variety of exercises for the hips, glutes, adductors, abductors and legs. The arm and roller pad can be adjusted based on the height of the user’s hip and in order to achieve the desired type of movement. From a standing position, the user places the front or back of the thigh against the cushion and swings the leg upward as high as possible, in every possible angle of movement (360°). Resistance is provided by a weight stack which enables the workload to be adjusted to suit each type of user.
