A Technogym Selection Adductor is, and can best be described as follows: An Adductor is a plate-loaded or selectorised piece of gym equipment designed to strengthen the inner thigh muscles when the user performs the anatomical movement of Adduction, or moving the legs toward the midline of the body. The user is in a seated position with the legs spread apart and exercises the muscles by bringing the legs together against pads placed inside each knee.
