The FDF Fluid Power Zone ERG is a heavy-duty, commercial-grade ski ergometer. It’s designed to endure high-intensity, powerful workouts targeting your core, arms, and back. Additionally, it provides smooth resistance, making it ideal for warm-ups and rehabilitation exercises.

Constant Load Resistance System

The ERG uses our unique semi-isokinetic resistance system. This system features 10 levels of Adjustable Fluid Resistance, powered by our patented Twin Tank. The load is consistent throughout your workout, from the start to the finish. Whether you’re going through explosive HIIT workouts or controlled movements, the resistance stays steady.

Advanced and Beginner-Friendly Movements

The ERG is perfect for advanced athletes, facilitating single-side double-hand diagonal chopping movements. By adjusting the resistance, speed, and range of motion, beginners can also tailor their movements. The machine can be adapted to suit different fitness levels and needs.
