We use specialist removalists with experience in heavy gym equipment, not standard couriers. Delivery is 3-10 business days after your item has completed our refurbishment process, as per the product lead time. Delivery cost is calculated at checkout based on size, weight, and your location. We deliver to all Australian states and territories, metro and regional.

Every piece of equipment we sell goes through our structured refurbishment process before it leaves our Altona North workshop. For Fully Reconditioned items, this is a 16-step process: the unit is stripped to its base components, motors and bearings reconditioned, worn parts replaced, the frame resprayed, covers cut, polished, and resprayed, all electronics replaced and tested, and the unit electrically tagged to Australian standards. We do not rush this process. The lead time is what ensures the equipment arrives performing as it should, covered by our warranty, and ready to use.
