Technogym Selection Smith Machine

The Technogym Selection Smith Machine is a made to do everything because it allows to perform a number of exercises for the upper and lower body. The limit of what you can do is related to your imagination. The floating dumbbell system represents both a “free weight” sensation and an assisted safety device. The bar slides on two rails perpendicular to the ground.

Technogym’s know-how in biomechanics is found in the position of the rails, which form a very slight angle of 8° to the ground in order to give maximum comfort during the exercises.
