Vacuum is used to target the areas by increasing the circulation to the hips, buttocks and thighs, to initiate cellulite reduction.
The VacuStar treadmill focuses on cardio exercises in the capsule, with a negative vacuum resistance, combined with hot and cold. This zero-gravity vacuum treadmill improves the lymphatic and circulatory systems using deep, under-pressure vacuum massage, infrared heating and cryotherapy.
The VacuStar vacuum infrared cryo treadmill is encased in a plastic capsule. One wears a neoprene skirt under the chest while participating in the VacuStar workout. When the program begins, a powerful vacuum motor pumps out all the air from the chamber of the treadmill. This makes the low atmospheric pressure called zero-gravity or negative vacuum resistance. In such no air space with vacuum negative resistance, the client is walking or running. The lower part of the body inside the capsule experiences a temperature of +55C/131F in the infrared hot therapy program, and -20C/-4F in the Cryonick cryotherapy program. Due to the negative vacuum resistance, the blood flow increases. The infrared hot therapy helps reduce the hips, glutes and thighs.
